In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Get Me! processes your personal data on the basis of contract performance. Collected data (name, email, phone number, flight number, destination address) is used exclusively to fulfill your booking.

To exercise your rights, contact us at: support@getme.ma. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the ICO in the UK, or the CNIL in France).

Retention period: 3 years from the last interaction. Our processors (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend) are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPA / SCCs).

5. California Residents' Rights — CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), California residents have the following rights:

• Right to Know — request disclosure of personal information collected, used, or shared
• Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information
• Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to Opt-Out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Right of Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate for exercising your rights

We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email support@getme.ma with the subject line "CCPA Request". We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies for service operation (session management, language preferences). No advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking cookies are placed without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These legal notices are governed by Moroccan law. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence also apply, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

For users in the United States, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable state or federal law.

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. For European consumers, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
